Life stability with preferential credit

VBSP Tan Chau district (Tay Ninh) has coordinated with departments, branches and mass organizations in Tan Ha commune to disburse VND 300 million to the poor households, near-poor households and post-poor households for their life improvement.

Local people (in Tan Ha commune) receive preferential loans disbursed at the commune transaction point

Of which, VBSP Tan Chau district disbursed VND 200 million to 10 households from the loan program of rural safe water and sanitation (20 million VND/household); disbursed VND 100 million for people who have completed their prison sentences to reintegrate into the community under Decision No. 22/2023/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, helping poor, near-poor and post-poor households in Tan Ha commune access to preferential loans for their production, jobs creation and economy development.

By the end of February 2024, the total loan turnover for credit programs of VBSP Tan Chau district has reached more than VND 25.5 billion with over 800 the poor, near-poor and post-poor households receiving the policy preferential loans.
