Accordingly, VBSP approached the technical assistance project from ASEM Fund to help VBSP become an effective and transparent institution by consultancy, in-house training and foreign study tours.The objectives of project are to facilitate VBSP to operate more effectively and transparently through strengthening organizational structure, building internal operation procedures, utilizing best accounting practices, evaluating needs of informatics technology and management information system, improving risk management of credit and targeted clients, bringing about improving the credit operation for the bank.
