In the first six months of the year, the Duy Xuyen branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies effectively coordinated with entrusted socio- political organizations to promptly deliver policy credit funds to the right beneficiaries; contributing to supporting poor households and policy beneficiaries in developing production, creating jobs, improving income and ensuring social security.

By June 30, 2026, the total outstanding entrusted loans reached VND 602.4 billion, accounting for 99.76% of the total outstanding loans, an increase of VND 66.6 billion compared to the end of 2025, equivalent to a 12.42% increase. The capital is managed through 237 Savings and Loan Groups, with 10,082 customers still having outstanding loans.

In the past six months, the unit disbursed 136.8 billion VND to 1,953 households; and recovered 70.2 billion VND in debt. The overdue and non-performing loan ratio accounted for 0.05% of the total outstanding debt; interest collection reached 100% of the assigned target. Throughout the area, 234 out of 237 Savings and Loan Groups were rated good, accounting for 98.7%; there were no groups rated average or poor.

In the last six months of 2026, the Duy Xuyen branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies and its entrusted organizations will continue to promote awareness campaigns, striving for loan growth of 13% or more; maintaining credit quality, limiting the 발생 of new overdue debts, maintaining a 100% interest collection rate, strengthening inspection and supervision, and improving the operational quality of savings and loan groups.
