VBSP is not for profit and implement policy lending to the poor and other policy beneficiaries. VBSP is a state-owned bank operating as a tool of the Vietnamese Government to fight against poverty.

VBSP contributes to:

  • Provide microfinance to the poor and policy beneficiaries

  • Reduce poverty sustainably in Vietnam

  • Remain social stability

  • Protect environment.
